New Year Updates

 Greetings readers,

Happy New Year! Behind the scenes I've been steady at work finishing up a number of projects that I'll be ready to release by the middle/third quarter of this year. I'm working on a professional/personal website to merge the two sides of my life into an accessible/public forum. When it goes live you'll be able to listen to a podcast/audio diary that I've been working on for the last year. (It's out there on the internet but is currently anonymous and not being advertised. I'm up to about 50 something episodes and will link it accordingly when I'm ready as well as read/listen to a short autobiography introducing myself. On the professional side I'll have a number of my short stories uploaded, ones that have been in writing contests and a few rough drafts that I thought were fun and want to share. You'll also be able to read about current projects I'm working on like a feature length script witha writing partner of mine and also a book that has been a passion project of mine for years that I'm getting ready to get into full swing on. 2025 is going to be exceptionally busy for me, so I'm going to shift to monthly updates/blogs. I think it'll be a little easier to be consistent and I'll also have more to share each month. Until next time, take care.

Day Six - And so it goes...

      Aloha!     Last post I talked about AI tools and how I'm of the belief that now that the tools are here, they aren't going away any time soon (or ever for that matter). Reedsy did a more in depth newsletter regarding AI and how it's still in its infancy stage and that it needs a fair amount of hand holding in order to get anything of value out of the application. I actually find this beneficial. What better way to know your own material than having to describe it in different ways, trying to produce varying yet similar results. Day Eight - Delays and Excuses

      Greetings!     If you've been following my blog (you haven't) then you will have noticed that it's been several days since I've posted consistently. That's because I've been busy and such, but also because I set an arbitrary schedule when I first started this directionless blog. I think I'll shift over to a weekly format, mostly because I will feel less guilty that way and maintain that I haven't fully given up on this blog.     This week I'm excited to share that I'm entering the Reedsy writing contest for a second time.
